Our Approach to Yogic Movement
Stretching
We prioritize addressing deep muscular tension and unlocking your range of motion. Stretching is not purely physical, it’s about creating spaciousness inside, reducing resistance, and allowing energy to flow through our bodies.
Strengthening
Capitalize on functional strength via conscious, intentional movement. Our sessions will feature flowing movement, as well as traditional practices, such as Sukshma Vyayama, a dynamic series of subtle yogic movements introduced by Swami Dhirendra Brahmachari. These practices work by awakening internal channels of energy, energizing latent systems, and provide muscular vitality and endurance without stress.
Stability
When you ground yourself in postures combined with a sense of breath, we craft inner and outer stability. Stability is not only occupying space, it’s about being centered, calm, and connected with the world around you, even in disarray.
