श्रीमद्भगवद्गीता (अध्याय 17, श्लोक 8):
आयुःसत्त्वबलारोग्यसुखप्रीतिविवर्धनाः।
रस्याः स्निग्धाः स्थिरा हृद्या आहाराः सात्त्विकप्रियाः।।

अर्थ:
आयु, सत्त्व, बल, आरोग्य, सुख और प्रीति को बढ़ाने वाले, रसीले, चिकने, स्थिर और हृदय को प्रसन्न करने वाले आहार सात्विक व्यक्तियों को प्रिय होते हैं।

Bhagavad Gita 17.8

“Foods that increase life, purity, strength, health, happiness, and satisfaction; that are juicy, fatty, nourishing, and pleasing to the heart, are dear to those in the mode of goodness (Sattva).”

At Soulebration, we recognize that the essence of wellness starts with what you put into your body- and your body deserves to eat wherein conscious awareness and compassion for land and earth informs what kind of food is fed.

Our farm to table concept offers seasonal produce from our own organic gardens. Everything we harvest is compostable, chemical free, and alive- grown respectfully with nature and plated with purpose.

Chikoo, Mango, Jamun, Litchi, Bael, Mulberry, Orange, Avocado

Vegetables and Herbs:

Bottle Gourd, Ridge Gourd, Bitter Gourd, Tomato, Cucumber, Bhindi (Okra), Green Chilli, Pudina (Mint), Coriander, Basil, Spinach.

Every ingredient is prepared fresh and harvested by hand, feeding you from soil and soul.
