Shirodhara
In this gentle and essential time of transition, Shirodhara offers profound mental relaxation and is a perfect way to simultaneously clear and calm the mind through the steady pouring of warm herbal oil over the forehead. It calms the nervous system, helps relieve stress, and nourishes the whole head. In this way, a new mother can find calmness in the storm and sleep in the quiet that follows.
Takradhara, when required, is a relaxing therapy that includes the pouring of chilled buttermilk (that has the addition of local herbs) enables it to act as a cooling and balancing treatment. This therapy is also wonderful to relax both the body and mind while supporting postpartum recovery. Collectively, these therapies provide holistic care to gently support new mothers through this shift.
Abhyanga
This full-body Ayurvedic massage helps to release built up tension in the muscles and joints while relieving fatigue and grounding the mind. It is a moment of reconnection, each stroke relieving pressure, relaxing muscle, and creating the sensation of being held and healed.
Potli Massage
Warm herbal potlis containing healing herbs are dipped in nourishing oils and gently pressed over the body. This invigorating therapy improves circulation and increases natural detoxification, while the outside promotes a fresh, glowing appearance with the added benefits from the powerful herbs from within.

We provide several ways to create, Mindful Art forms, such as crochet string art, embroidery, mandala making, or origami, all offer a way to help you slow down for a moment, tune in to your self, and express feelings and ideas that words are often inadequate to convey. Each of these practices become an opportunity to celebrate your unique journey, through the rhythm of string, the beautiful symmetry of a mandala, or the quiet concentration of folding paper.

Aqua Sound Healing
Aqua Sound Healing is one of the most refreshing and deeply restorative therapies that are becoming popular. Set in warm water, this therapy integrates the power of sound with the supportive nature of water to help you reset inside and out. It primarily affects you through balancing your Akash (space) and Jal (water) tatva, which are more subtle aspects of elements that play roles in flow, clarity, and emotional release.
